1. To offer the highest standard of communication and service available to each individual customer.
2. To provide production methods and dedicated production machinery to enable the customer’s products to be made more efficiently and at a cheaper cost whilst maintaining or increasing the Company’s gross profit.
3. To provide high quality products enabling the customer to sell into its market
place with complete confidence.
4. To liase with its customers to effectively plan its production volumes to
match its customers required delivery dates and where shortfalls are anticipated identify solutions to ensure continuity of supply.
5. To assist its customers by providing a computerised manufacturing design
facility so that improvements or problems can be resolved to the mutual
benefit of the customer and Company.
6. To offer regular co-ordination meetings to resolve inter-Company problems
and to enable both parties to act in partnership.
7. To remove areas of conflict which are regarded as wasteful activity by
ensuring both companies share the same aim which will be a profitable
enterprise.
