| T.NEAT – CHAIRMAN
Terry has 45 years experience in fabricating and welding. From starting on the shop floor as an apprentice he progressed over the years to become Works Manager. For the last 25 years he has founded and built up a successful Fabrication Company. Terry has now retired but still maintains an active role within the Company.
T.A.NEAT – PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Terry started his apprenticeship with Abtec in 1985 and over the years has built up experience in fabricating, welding, profiling and brake press operating and progressed to Works Foreman. Twelve years ago Terry became Production Director and is now responsible for all manufacturing.
P.NIXON – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Peter moved to the Company 8 years ago. He started his apprenticeship in 1965 with a local fabrication company where he served 30 years. Over this period he worked in many departments, in various roles, including Production Foreman, Estimating, Works Manager and Sales Director. Peter now leads the Sales Department and is fully conversant with all aspects of manufacture and Quality Control.
S.SHAW – PLANNING AND QUALITY MANAGER
Steve has worked for the Company for 25 years and has 13 years experience as Shop Floor Foreman. Eight years ago he moved into Planning and is now totally responsible for Planning and Quality Control.
D.HOWES – COMPANY SECRETARY
Diane started in 2008 and is responsible for the control of Sales invoicing, Payroll and Management Accounts.
N.HAMMOND – PRODUCTION MANAGER
Neil joined the Company 3 years ago. He plans Contracts, purchases materials and bought outs, progressing them through to completion and delivery.
