| The Company operates from a 30,000 square feet factory and uses hi-tech manufacturing equipment including CNC six headed profile cutting, horizontal boring and milling, CNC turret punching and CNC press brakes in all its manufacturing process. The factory has overhead cranage of 20 tonnes, also shot blasting and full painting facilities are available on the site.
Personnel are highly skilled in all fabrication techniques, in all metals, to the highest standards of quality.
The combination of hi-tech machinery, skilled personnel and space enable the Company to tackle a wide variety of fabrications, for instance - high volume mining equipment manufactured for Joy Mining Machinery as well as Filter Presses for Latham International. The Company is adept at batch contracts on a monthly basis or fabricating specialist one off contracts to exacting standards.
Skilled operators are capable of working to exacting customers and industry standards including sophisticated welding codes.
The Company provides individual contract quality programmes (as opposed to rigid and inflexible standard quality codes) and any necessary quality documentation.
